This is volume 3 of the MPM producer series. Dexter follows Hulk Hodn & Twit One (Testiculo Y Uno) and Suff Daddy to represent the 2010 Beat Generation. If your interested in jazz remix on a hip hop level then this album might interest you. From what I can tell there are lots of really obscure jazz samples and recordings that get chopped and laced into a melody of downtempo beats. Overall its a great album to work against or enjoy some down time.
About Dexter: The 26 year old producer, DJ and MC is part of the Wortsport collective from Heilbronn. He has made beats for Morlock Dilemma, Damion Davis, Jaques Shure, Audio 88 & Yassin and Retrogott. He likes Flylo, Madlib and Oh-No as much as libary music, psych rock and Amiga Schlager. Dexter is one of the founding member of the Generation Tapedeck blog and has just started a new project with Suff Daddy.
