I found this album the other night rummaging though a old friends last.fm playlist. I have to say that this is one of my favorite records in a long time. I have only had it a day or so and it sticking to my ears like syrup. I am a sucker for digital music that feels organic, and Pantha Du Prince do just that. They have lots of space in their music. Their sound is a mixture of genres, so but I can't really pin them down to one. They do lean a little towards some sort of dance music, but this is will clear a dance floor in it's tracks. It's a little too freaked out to break out the glow sticks. It's more of a head nodding kind of affair. The entire record Black Noise is highly recommend, it's extremely solid.
