So I get an email the other day from this kid in Berlin. Said he’s got a beat tape out, thought maybe I’d like it. So, he was right, I dug it. And after exchanging a few emails I learned that he’s Svetnik (Svetoslav Stoyanov), a 17 year old native bulgarian and has been producing for about a year. His mix tape is called Lo.Fi Stuff. I think for what experience he has, his potential is there. I also think it’s neat to see the emerging beat generation come from places with stories like his. Keep making beats, Svetnik.
